One point of contact for your order
Start by discussing the product, script, size and timing you have in mind. Shraga coordinates the order details and progress with you and the relevant professionals, according to the agreed scope.
Clarify the details before starting
Ask who will write the item, which checks are included, what documentation you will receive, and the order and delivery terms. A writing sample or an existing specification can help you explain your preferences.
Stay in touch as the work progresses
Once an order is opened, your personal link shows its recorded progress and the photographs and reports shared with you. Contact Shraga directly about specifications or delivery arrangements.
Shipping to the USA
Shipping to the United States is arranged individually for each order. Tell Shraga the destination and any date you have in mind, such as a bar mitzvah, Purim or a Sefer Torah dedication. Confirm the shipping arrangements and delivery schedule before ordering. A requested date is part of the conversation, not a delivery commitment.
